Clearscapes Offices

Clearscapes was formed in 1981 out of a collaboration between an architect and an artist, around the shared idea that architecture should be a functional work of art that serves to engage and inspire its users and their community.  Over the last twenty-five years the firm has played a major role in the transformation of downtown Raleigh into a vibrant, around-the-clock community with dozens of infill and revitalization projects.  Their community-oriented and contextually-sensitive design work has been recognized with numerous design awards, including twenty Sir Walter Raleigh Awards.
